I have worked closely with Kim on several projects for a variety of federal government clients through LinkVisum Consulting Group.
We collaboratively developed a nine-course curriculum for new employees for a federal agency. I had to acclimate myself to this client’s systems and processes very quickly on this project, and Kim was instrumental in helping me so that I could produce the highest quality products for the client as soon as possible. She consistently strikes a balance of productively challenging new team members while giving them the necessary context and grace to truly learn new information and processes, which was so helpful as I came up to speed.
