I’ve had the pleasure of working directly for Kim over the past 10 years at Omnicell. Kim is interesting in that she is one of the few Leaders within an organization that can get down in the weeds with her employees to create training content, upgrade/repair training equipment, revise content on our training website, etc… At the same time Kim has a great vision for how a “State of the Art” training center should operate. Kim is a true Leader who develops her team with the skills needed to operate autonomously. Always guiding and providing feedback along the way.
Over the years, Kim has led our team on a training journey that I’m proud to have been a part of. Kim has guided are team with the creation of classroom training, virtual training, self-paced e-learning modules, a training website and all of the content required to run these various programs.
The quality of Kim’s work is impeccable. She see’s all projects to completion with the highest quality possible and within budget. When it comes to “highly visible” projects that require a lot of project management and proven leadership, Kim always comes to mind. She creates the right team and guidance to get to the project done!
