Kim’s skills in creative and interactive instructional design are just one facet of her strengths in project management and team leadership. I’ve worked with Kim for six years and collaborated with her on multiple projects. Kim has shown her skills in facilitating large workgroup design and development meetings with SMEs, managing the differing opinions and priorities, while introducing new and innovative interactive learning resources to enhance the learning experiences and accomplish the goals of the workgroup. She recently demonstrated her team leadership for a nine-course project. She used project management skills in the designing and developing a nine-courses consisting of Web-based, Virtual, and In-person training courses, including all instructor and participant materials, coordinating timelines for development, multiple client review cycles, and accomplished on-time delivery of all nine courses.
Kim is an excellent co-worker. Working with her during a course development, she was always responsive and made the time to collaborate, from problem-solving software issues, brainstorming new and interactive tools to enhance web-base training, to building Storyline Try-it exercises and videos to make the learning experiences accessible for all learners and 508 compliant.
Kim is consistently learning and developing her own skills in instructional design, project management, and team leadership.
