I have had the honor to work with Kim for many years at Omnicell. Kim has been my manager and I truly enjoyed working with her. Not only she was the best manager I have had so far, she was also an extremely supportive leader and a visionary for the entire Education & Training Services team. Due to Kim’s leadership, the training team was able to achieve many successes over the years, such as launching a very successful subscription training program for customers, implementing innovative solutions for classroom and online training, developing long-lasting interdepartmental relationships as well as mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors, such as HealthStream, to allow for easy access to Omnicell training for thousands of medical facilities.
Kim’s extensive skill set allows her to effectively tackle a wide variety of tasks from instructional design and training to project/people/budget management. Kim is a doer and enjoys any challenge that comes her way. She is an extremely efficient communicator and is able to bring teams together quickly. Kim has an excellent understanding of the training world and will be an invaluable asset to any training team!
